Set against the historic backdrop of the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium, KONG chose the Curva Bulgarelli to host an event that united the city’s various facets: football, music, and culture. Aelion created the lighting design for the 2019 and 2022 editions, transforming the city’s largest sports venue with the red and blue colors of Bologna FC. It was a project in which lighting design redefined the architecture of the stands, celebrating Bologna’s identity through a striking, high-impact technological approach.

The production incorporated KONG’s animated logo—projected at the center of the curved screen—and visual direction on the LED wall, enhanced by LED mapping installations on stage. It was an experience that accompanied sets by icons such as the Pastaboys and Andrea Bassi.
