During the MIR – Multimedia Integration Expo 2025, we created an interactive installation based on video mapping and artificial intelligence, designed to operate in real time with a fully automated flow.

The system included live video acquisition, AI processing with generative Face Swap, local rendering, and instant projection via multi-channel video mapping. The technical infrastructure was supported by two Panasonic PT-RQ7 projectors and a touch interface for direct user management.

A project developed in collaboration with Ioversal, Marcello Pontalto, and Adeo Group, which combined technological efficiency, operational reliability, and creative flexibility.
